Kevin Huckabee is responsible for bringing one of the most flavorful types of beef in the world to the United States. Kevin formed a special agreement with the Italian government to have embryos of Chianina cattle from the Tuscany region sent to the United States for cultivation of the world famous beef in the united states. Their Tuscan Cattle Co. is only entity in the U.S. to have received the special permission and embryos from the Italians. The family's ranch and butchery are in El Paso TX.
Herman Guardado has been involved in Development for over 25 years. His current development projects include the development of three single family subdivisions, and the development of a Medical Office Park as well as Federal General Contracting. As an owner of Guard Building Corporation, he has developed close working relationships with Lenders, Clients, Architects, and Sub-Contractors. As a Builder, Mr. Guardado has developed a unique understanding of Federal Contracting / Commercial Construction / Land Development & the High end Custom Home Industry, while continually searching for design excellence and efficiency. Herman has been a member of the Builder’s association and Guard is also licensed in Arizona, California, Texas and soon to be in Nevada. Herman is active in his community, currently sitting on the board for the NAMCSC and a previous member with Boys and Girls Club, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and also the Sun Bowl Committee. Herman is proud to have assembled a team of professionals dedicated to making the process of building a collaborative and creative experience for all team members. Our goal is to inspire excellence by providing our clients top of the line vision, cutting edge technology and the highest level of customer service.
